Retired from directing energy science, Bryan compiles biographies of notable Canadians, researches monographs on Ottawa history, and composes Japanese-style poetry. He won the 2019 Genjuan haibun competition, is widely published and has authored two collections: “Haibun Chowder” and “Haibun Crossroads with Sequences” (Amazon). He’s in a love-hate relationship with a banjo!
